Do you know a group who'd benefit from physical relaxation and mental stress relief? Remember our yoga with our local elementary school? How about our chair yoga class for caregiver support? Or veterans free classses? Contact mmycville@mindfulmountainyogacville.org with ways that we can help.

Are you interested in helping this effort (could be as wonderful as teaching a class) and guiding our direction in this compassionate adventure? Please share your ideas. We are a cohort of professional yoga and meditation teachers, and we welcome holistic group practices, from collective drumming to tai chi, for possibilities to create a network of social wellbeing.

Our teachers support these non-profit efforts with our own private instruction for individuals and wellness programs for companies wanting to support workplace health and employee satisfaction. Ask about our corporate wellness programs, about private yoga instruction or company celebration events and family gatherings.

Private classes are available for rehab recovery, illness support and personal training.

We have private instruction for therapeutic assistance for injury or illness challenges. rehabilitation for knees, hips, thoracic surgeries, and post traumatic stress relief and other anxiety. Pulmonary function strengthening with individualized breathing exercises, and rehab for geriatric weakness. Individual yoga offers support for stroke and TBI recovery.

Consideration is given to individual circumstances, including personal home activity plans. 

COVID-19 precautions are allowing group studio classes to resume, weighing social distance and mask awareness with recent pandemic advisories.
